When contacting us, please include your account email, the platform you're using (iOS, Android, or web), and a brief description of the issue. Screenshots are appreciated.

2. Manage Your Subscription

You can view, change, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from the platform where you purchased it.

• iOS: Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Makeup DNA.
• Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and select Makeup DNA.
• Web: Sign in at makeupdna.ai/login and visit your profile to manage your subscription.

3. Refunds & Billing

Refund handling depends on where you purchased your subscription:

• Apple App Store: Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a request.
• Google Play: Refund requests are handled by Google. Visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions or contact Google Play support.
• Web purchases: Contact us at support@makeupdna.ai and we'll review your request.
